On a blustery day North Elmham entertained a young Horsford 'C' in Division 6 of the Norfolk League. After winning the toss Elmham, on this occasion led by Vice Captain Stephan Malherbe, decided to bat on a good looking dryish wicket, which after the rain during the week would hopefully not prove as unpredictable in bounce as the wickets of the last few weeks. Match Report
Saturday saw North Elmham visit Loddon for what was due to be the return fixture Norfolk League match, unfortunately the original game had been rained off so this was the first time that the sides had met and promised to be interesting as Loddon have are I think the only side i the League to have a lady player Megan Edmunds.
North Elmham were fortunate to win the toss an an extremely hot afternoon and chose to bat (partly to give all the players time to get there as there had been delays getting to Loddon because of the accident on the A47).
