Binding Elmham News.
Elmham News has been in existence for thirty three years and up to now copies have been kept in a large cupboard. We have decided that it is time they are properly bound, to preserve them as they are getting fragile and dry. Binding them will mean that they can be accessed more easily if something is needed to be checked or just to browse through them, rather like the scrapbooks were at our recent History Fair at school.
However, we are missing the April 1994 edition; do you have any copies tucked away in a drawer or cupboard with this one lurking there? If so we’d love to have it.
We also have 4 more editions that can be used but they are scruffy and torn - they are December 1985, October 1986, January 1988, and August 1989. If you can help please give us a ring and we’ll come and collect.
The usual plea…..
We are always pleased to hear of society and group “doings”, they are what bind communities together. However we are constantly asking for other material to print, please think of the “News” when you have done something interesting, or have an amusing anecdote about yourself or life in general.
