Café for Carers of people with dementia in Fakenham

Café Care is a free café for carers of people with dementia held at Fakenham Library on the first Wednesday of each month 2.30-4.30pm – 01328 862715.
Café Care offers a range of free services including:

• Opportunity to meet other Carers of people with dementia
• Professional information and advice about dementia and caring
• Relaxation techniques
• Refreshments –kindly provided by the WI
