As we write this piece we are enjoying a fine sunny day and the children can be heard playing and laughing outside, hooray spring has arrived.
Full of nature, wildlife and again the great outdoors the children's first trip of the year was at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and we hope that all the children who came had a great time discovering pond dipping, bug hunting, trail tracking in such beautiful surroundings.
The next fund-raiser is a Quiz and Pudding Night to be held on Friday 21st May, 7.30pm. It should be a very entertaining evening. Teams of 4 are needed for the quiz or make-up on the night. Licensed Bar. There will be a Raffle and auction of some great vouchers. All welcome. See the posters at Playgroup or for further information/book tickets telephone Dawn on 01362 667061. If you are a serious quizzer or just like a fun evening out with friends, please do join us and help raise funds for the Playgroup.
